Designing Technology products and services has come on leaps and bounds in the last 10 years.

Minimum Viable Products (MVP) were popularised by Lean Startup and other technology entrepreneurs, as a way to design and build products which weren’t a ‘final product’, but were something which users would gain value from, and then you can build on over time.

The approach aims to speed up learning, decrease waste, and encourage iterative improvement of products and services, based on real user feedback.

We’ve been pioneering this approach in a health context, and we’ve released this eBook and Canvas as a way to share the general learnings which would work for a variety of product & service design, with a leaning toward technology projects.
