Caroline specialises in hope. Her passion for understanding and improving mental health began with a desire to help her own family. As a teenager she saw her uncle’s life fall apart under the weight of schizophrenia. She is now on a mission to help the world experience better mental health. She considers herself a strong innovator – she believes there is always a better way and that change is something we should embrace not fear. Her training as an occupational therapist gives her a unique holistic perspective on how to support persons, families, groups, and communities to achieve a healthy fulfilled life. She loves dancing, karaoke, spicy food, nature, and organising fun for her LGBTQ Meetup group Fresh Fruit.
